Ordinary and mechanical structure used steel plate in the common Japanese grades:
1、Ordinary structural steel in the grades of steel (JIS series) consists of three parts.
The first part of said material,e.g.:S(Steel),F(Ferrum);
The second part represents the different shapes, types, uses,e.g.: P (Plate),T(Tube),K(Kogu),U (Special use),W (Wire),C (Casting),F (Forgings);
The third part is the number that represents the serial number of types of steel or steel or minimum intensity values. Some grades in numerical sequence additional suffixes A, B, C, and other letters to indicate different quality levels, type or thickness. E.g.:SS400——the first S stands for steel,the second S is structure,400 as the lower limit of tensile strength of 400MPa,So totally means tensile strength of 400 MPa ordinary structural steel.
In the grade of the main structure (the first, second and third part), suffix symbols can be added according to the needs of additional steel shape manufacturing method and heat treatment.
2、Main grades description:
SPHC——The first S is the abbreviation of the “Steel”, P is the abbreviation of the board “Plate”, H is the abbreviation of the “Heat”, C is the abbreviation of “Commercial”, Overall said thel general use of hot-rolled steel sheet and strip.
SPHD——standards for stamping with hot-rolled steel sheet and strip.
SPHE——standards for deep-drawing hot-rolled steel sheet and strip.
SPCC——Indicates a general cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and strip, the equivalent of Chinese Q195 AT-215A grade. The third letter C is an abbreviation of the “Cold”. Need to ensure that the tensile test, the grades at the end plus T SPCCT.
SPCD——Said stamping cold rolled carbon steel sheet and strip, equivalent to Chinese 08AL (13237) quality carbon structural steel.
SPCE——Said deep-drawing cold-rolled steel sheet and strip, equivalent to Chinese 08AL (5 213) deep drawing steel. Need to ensure non-timeliness in grades at the end of added N SPCEN. Cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and strip quenched and tempered code: annealed condition A, standard quenching and tempering for the S-1/8 hard for the 8, 1/4 hard for the 4, 1/2 hard for the 2, hard as 1. Surface processing code: matt finishing is D, bright finishing B, such as SPCC-SD, standard quenching and tempering, matt finishing with cold-rolled carbon sheet. Another example SPCCT-SB said the standard of tone quality, light processing, to ensure that the mechanical properties of cold-rolled carbon sheet.
